Stayed here on our usual pre Christmas family visit We ate an evening meal at the Beefeater restaurant next door where the service was shockingly slow with untrained taking 3 hours to serve 2 courses! Breakfast there the next day was reasonably ok but we had to use the coffee machine behind the bar which was filthy dirty Room was comfortable and check in was smooth Feel aggrieved that a parking fee of £6.50 has to be paid for an overnight stay, it’s hardly a city centre site with any attractions nearby there’s absolutely nothing here except the burger van across the road!
Great customer service on arrival, the car park is large and well lit. Rooms are as you would expect, clean and tidy.

The hotel was very warm and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean. Beefeater next door was convenient and well priced. The hotel manager Taylor was extremely polite and helpful during my stay.
Very nice hotel, I stay foe industrial park foe work, very close. I wish location better for restaurants choice since I couldn't drive myself on this trip. LISA verr helpful on the evening I check in later then I would of like to.
Second time staying here with family over the xmas period. Really enjoyed our stay, big thanks to the lovely Leigh who greeted us warmly on Christmas evening and helped us with the car park, another thanks to jackie who helped us book a taxi. Really friendly staff lovely place
